What we collect
and what we don't.

Creative Design Group (“CDG”, “we”) operates cdg-la.com. This page explains, in plain language, what data we collect when you visit and how we use it.

What we collect

Contact form submissions. When you send us a brief via the contact form, we collect your name, email, company, and the message you write. We use that information to reply to you. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.

Case study unlocks.When you submit your email to unlock a case study, we collect your name, email, and company. We use that information to keep a record of who is engaging with our work. A small cookie is set in your browser so you don't have to fill the form again on subsequent visits.

Analytics.If you accept the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymization enabled. GA4 tells us which pages get visited and roughly where visitors are in the world. It does not identify you. If you decline, we don't load it at all.

LinkedIn mirror on Insights.The Insights page mirrors public posts from CDG's LinkedIn page via a third-party RSS service. The content shown is already public on LinkedIn; we simply display it alongside our own articles in one chronological feed. We do not collect or process any data about LinkedIn visitors in this flow.

What we don't do

We do not run advertising trackers, third-party retargeting pixels, or session recording. We do not sell or rent any personal information to third parties.

Your choices

You can decline analytics at any time using the “cookie preferences” link in the footer. You can request deletion of your contact or case-study unlock record by emailing us at hello@cdg-la.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Where data lives

Form submissions are routed via Resend (United States) and stored briefly in our content management system, Sanity (United States and European Union, depending on dataset). Hosting is on Vercel (United States). All connections are encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
